Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose IT solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
  • Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Address and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
  •  Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform IT strategy and decision-making.
