Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Propose IT solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
- Address and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform IT strategy and decision-making.
