Job Description
- Experience selecting, deploying and managing appropriate CI/CD tools.
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline) that are reusable
and easy to understand and customize.
- Support engineers in identifying, resolving and escalating issues that impact their deployment or the infrastructure.
- Designing an engineering framework and optimizing for performance, growth and scale.
- Help design, automate and improve development and release processes.
- Responsible for assisting in growing the devops team.
- Design and execute onboarding process for new recruits w.r.t deployment.
- Assist in setting and reviewing professional development goals for engineers company-wide along the devops path.
- Review and create relevant technical documents.
- Follow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to deployments, process, cost tracking, performance quality, production, systems, tooling, customers, and production controls.
- Help ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
- Incidence management and root cause analysis.
