Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify potential issues during the development phase.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews to identify defects and potential improvements early in the development process.
- Document and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, and work with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Continuously improve and update testing procedures to stay aligned with industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Perform compatibility testing across different platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure broad accessibility.
- Participate in product release processes and provide necessary quality assurance sign-offs.
