Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of complex test plans and strategies.
- Oversee the entire testing process and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform advanced testing techniques, including automation and load testing.
- Work closely with development and product teams to define and implement quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor QA team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders,highlighting key findings and recommendations.
